Email Templates

I am working with FTH club website for AriculatorsKC. We are club 9953. I loaded about ten email templates on Sunday, but only two "stuck". Not sure what happened. Any chance they are in the database but not visible? Have you seen this before and maybe can tell me what I did wrong so I don't keep losing my work? It took over an hour to put those into the system.

We only have so much storage room allocated for Email Templates ... If you have a really complicated HTML email template, you could have exceeded the space allocation.

I have been considering a different storage mechanism for those in the future ... but for now you likely need to "keep it simple" for Email Templates.

I appreciate the quick reply! While I cannot rule that out, these are similar templates that are entered for club 1928 Earlybird Toastmasters. They stuck there. Any thoughts on why they worked in one club site but not the other?

There is apparently currently an issue with using double quotes in the Email Templates HTML (e.g. "Renew Club Membership")

I will have to adjust the code (later) to address that. For now, try taking out any double quotes in your HTML.

Could you test what happens if someone enters two new templates when they have the "send basic email" window open? I just attempted to add two new templates at once. The first one took, so I added a second. Then I noticed the first one was gone and only the second was there. So I closed the window, went back in, and added the first one again. They are both there. This might be a bug that the window only overwrites each new template you save, unless you close the window and come back in.
