Hello, we have been having issues with one member and having him sign up. We have deleted the member and reinstated, asked the member to remove cookies, reverse the name of the member, use a different email address. We are still having issues having this member sign up. Can you help me with this issue? The member's name is Chris or Christopher Pinno. The email addresses that we have used are: Christopher.pinno@gov.sk.ca and cjp107@hotmail.com. Thank you for any and all help that you can provide.

We really need you to be a bit more specific about the issues you are seeing. Just saying "we are having issues" is insufficient and does not really help us know where we should investigate. Please help us help you. ;-)

Is your new member receiving the opt-in email? (make sure they check their spam folder) Are they able to accept the opt-in? Are they able to log into the website? Please be more specific so that we can know how to best assist you.
