Role drop down list

Hi, I hope you can help. Over the course of several years, officers have added roles to the drop down.
This has resulted in duplicate choices that look alike, but the duplicates are not functional. They don't allow sigh-up in FTH. My question: Is there a way to eliminate duplicates in that drop down list?
And, I've read through the documentation and I have not found a way to edit or delete bad entries from that list.

You have two clubs in your signature, can you tell us which club this has happened to?

If you are using templates, open the template, click on the editor icon (pencil) and remove the roles you do not need (trash can). When finished, save the template. If you are copying from existing agendas, you will need to clean up one of the agendas and either save as a template or tell the officers to only use this one going forward.

The club is the Lebanon Speaks club.
In the drop-down, there are 2 speech evaluator roles that look alike.

The first instance allows the members to sign up, as well as to introduce the speakers . The second instance of Speech Evaluator #1 and #2 are place holders in the agenda for allotting the time for the evaluations.

The drop down list of roles is created from roles used in the past. If there is an issue with the list, it is because there is an issue with the roles in one of your past agendas. It is kind of hard to find roles that need to be corrected currently... you may be able to use one of the role history reports to find when a particular variant of the role was used.
