Can't locate saved new custom page

Good day and thanks for allowing me to use Free Toast Host.

At about 8.00 am on April 12, using the latest Chrome Browser and Windows 10, I created and saved a custom webpage which i the assigned to the public area of my site. I save it multiple times and even uploaded an image file (png) ater it rejected a PDF file. But when I thought I had finished the project and came to view the site, my new site was nowhere to be found. I did not create the text in Word (foolish of me). I created it in Free Toast Host.
I refreshed my browser and cookies are enabled.
My first question . Can I recover the work I created.
Second question : What steps must i take to have the new page show in the Public area of my website?

We cannot even look into your issue if you do not provide your club number, and the name of the page you tried to create.

PDF can only be linked to.
Pictures to be displayed have to be uploaded with the pager editor.
