Unable to successfully login to club member site

My DM has been trying to add me but she hasn't figured it out. Can you please help me in submitting my email address "qhdevon43@gmail.com" as a member of this site?

What is a DM?

You were sent an email to opt-in to the website and you have not clicked the accept link.

I have resent the opt-in email you need to follow the instructions to be added to the website.
