Group emails and sending out agenda not working

Group emails are behaving unusually today for our club.
They usually process and forward from the server in 5 minutes or less.

At 11 am I sent an email to members@
Appears the server sent it out 50 minutes later.

While waiting, as a test, I sent an email to treasurer@
Appears the server sent it out 30 minutes later.
