We have a new member who is not getting the emails from the system so he can opt in. We have sent multiple times but he never gets it. It's not in his spam bucket or junk mail. He uses a hotmail.com address.
Is there another way we can deal with the opt in?? We can't even test the link for the opt in because he doesn't get it and the copy we get doesn't show the actual link for security reasons.
