I had a member have a tough time logging in from an iphone. She finally was able on her computer. She followed these instructions:

Go on [Club FTH website] and try to sign on without the password. Then they SYSTEM sends you a new link. Close [Club FTH website] and THEN open the new link and set your password.

The other problem can be if the link is truncated or has spaces from being on different lines when viewed.
