Member names listed on agenda items

I am the VP of Education for our club. When I create our agendas and print them out, one member, when assigned a role, has the word DROP listed by their name. This is the only member that this shows up on. It just happens to be ME. How do I remove this?

Are you using the Agenda print button?

Do NOT use the browser print.

The only place the word DROP would show up is in a button in an emailed agenda.

Thus, are you trying to print an emailed agenda? If so, then you need to use the link at the top of the emailed agenda to print the agenda... that will display a version without the button text in it.

People sometimes think that the various views of the agenda (email, sign-up screen, print out) are interchangeable. They are *not*, and you need to use the appropriate view for what you are trying to accomplish.

If none of this applies, then my next question would be what browser and version you are using.
