Email Bouncing

One of our club's 2796 member's email is bouncing rishi_star@rediffmail.com . But this is indeed his email.

His Name is Rishi Bhardwaj,

what could be going wrong ?

1) no email has been sent to rishi_star@rediffmail.com for over 4 weeks, there is no way for us to tell what the problem was.

2) I have cleared the bounce log for rishi_star@rediffmail.com he should receive email next time you send email.

Brian, as the bounce log stores the last error/diagnostic message, it can be used to determine the cause of the last bounce.
