A member in our Golden Toasters website cannot login since starting to use LastPass. She said:
"I just had LastPass generate a new password for me for Golden Toasters, since I was unable to get in otherwise. But I still can't get in. Message says you must gate me in... At the moment I can't get in at all. Advice, please." Member's name is Ruth Alliband, DTM ruth.alliband@gmail.com

Please provide the exact message she is getting. I'm not aware of any message that says that the site admin must give her access, unless her name is not yet registered on the system, but I can see that it is and she has accessed it previously.

Also, please provide the link in the email she received before LastPass created her new password. That link will be out of date by now, but it might give us a clue to what is happening.

Please include your club number in all posts here. If you add it to your signature it will show automatically.

Typically, we do not attempt to provide user support for anything other than FreeToastHost. I am not familiar with how to use LastPass, but I do use RoboForm and have for a long time.

1. Typically, these types of form fillers have trouble with our drop-down name selection in the member log-in. If you type in the primary email address and password instead of using the name drop-down, and save that as the login info, you should find it usually works better for form fillers.

2. Do not use the password generator. Passwords must follow *our rules for an acceptable password*, and there is no guarantee that the password generator will make a password that follows our rules. Passwords must be at least 10 characters in length and contain only letters and/or numbers, or one of these special characters: _, ~, !, @, #, $, &, *, -, +, =
