Member not allowed to send email to members-3091 group address

We are professionally Speaking club 3091.

One of our members Valerie Ciri is not able to send email to the general members-3091 group address. It sends her an email saying she’s not authorized.

Her email address in toast host looks fine.

Any thoughts?

I am having the same problem suddenly with our club 1027656. I have been able to send to members-1027656@toastmastersclubs.org many times, and as of yesterday, the following message came up repeatedly as I tried sending out our agenda as well as test emails:

You do not have the right permissions to send an e-mail to this e-mail address (members-1027656@toastmastersclubs.org) from Nan_Harn@sccoe.org . Be sure your "From" address in your e-mail client is the same as your address in your linkprotect.cudasvc.com/url?a=https%3a%2...NG3VWLfENEBI_&typo=1 member profile.

Please try again. I caused an issue with how mixed case email addresses were handled. Should be all fixed now.
