How to tell what version of FTH our web site is on & how to upgrade if needed

I have a similar question. I just took over administrator access for a very old Freetoasthost website that our club wasn't using. As I have been learning to use it and update it, the options seem more limited than the Freetoasthost3 examples. For instance, I don't seem to have an option for creating multiple tabbed pages in the main window in the homepage.

How do I upgrade to the latest FTH? Do I need to create a new site?

All FTH sites are kept at the latest release buy our development staff.

You need to keep up to date on all the new features and take advantage of them.

You have to option of using a non supported java script to create those. You will need to talk to the club that is using that.
Thank you,
