Member not receiving Opt-in Email

Hello from Articulates club 316.

I've sent multiple opt-in emails to a member to multiple email addresses, but she continues to be unsuccessful in locating the emails. Each time, I've received the server copy with no links. She's checked all her spam folders. Please advise.

Please provide at least the first first name of the person, if there are more and one with that name the last name.

First name is Elvira.

I added her twice with 2 email addresses. Neither were successful.
