Member not receiving emails due to too many bounce-backs

I am writing on behalf of club 4701. The email address krosenlund@earthlink.net is no longer receiving emails due to too many bounce-backs. She has cleaned out her inbox so she can receive emails again. How do we get her email address back in good standing so she will get club emails again??
