Member has problem sending emails to list

Hi
One of our members seems to have problems sending emails to the standard membership list email address
This is the error she is getting.
Can anyone suggest why?

Without a first name we cannot even look at what is happening.

OK, I get an error when adding an attachment
"Failed to create attachment directory"
So I've popped it in my Google Drive instead

She spelt the email address wrong ...... there is another "s"

I looked at that plenty of times without seeing that.
