Trouble adding a new member to site

Hi,

We are having trouble adding a new member to our website. We have confirmed her email address and she is not getting messages to register / authenticate (confirmed that messages are not going to spam). Can anyone help with this please? Thank you! Kristi

Without a club number and first name of the member there is nothing we can do.
