Setting Password for New User

Hello Technical Support,
I am really baffled by an issue. I am trying to help a new club member set up her account at FTH. However, she cannot set her password. I set her up at the ADMIN CONSOLE and then she received the welcome email. Then, she tried to enter the code. She got an error message (SEE ATTACHED). We tried two different email addresses for her and got the same error.

What could be the problem causing this error?
As the site admin, can I set a default password for her that she can change upon her first login?

User name is "Susan Crane".

I can't add my JPEG which shows the error message for this user. I get an error from this forum
saying "Failed to Create Attachment Directory"

When I look for her, I see a "noemail" address which is a dummy placeholder for someone who does not have an email address entered. Thus, she will not get any emails.

Hi Steve,
You were looking at "Susie Crane" instead of "Susan Crane". I just deleted "Susie". It was a duplicate with her alternate email address.

We want to get "Susan" to work properly. Can you please check that one? Thanks for your help.

I have sent Susan a new password link. have her follow the instructions in the email.

I can see the email being accepted by gmail. have her check spam folder if the email is not in her inbox.
