That is not supposed to lead to your website.

Try the following:
toledoclub.toastmastersclubs.org/?4 (any number on the end should work)
Also, my complaint was never about the website. I think it is rather nice. My complaint is about this forum style IT help site. I honestly don't have time to sift through years of answers to find what I am looking for. Time is money and this is format is not using mine productively.
Thank you again for building a free website since most cannot build one from scratch and many clubs do not have the budget to just use a wizard to build one. I just wish the IT help was more organized.

IF it was just me I would have thought it was an issue with my system, but being it was about 5 other folks I was clear that is was something not on my end or I could fix.

Glad you were able to get this resolved.

Please keep in mind that we are all volunteers and TM members who are supporting the system in our spare time. We do not get paid for providing support. We have zero budget, the server is donated, and I use free/open source tools to build/update the system.
Because of this, we require a higher level of engagement by our users to resolve issues and we do not always claim to immediately know how to resolve issues... sometimes we need your help to troubleshoot your issue.
Also, we really have to prioritize solving problems over teaching users how to use the system unfortunately. We try to keep our docs up to date to address routine "how to" questions, and focus on what the docs do not cover in forum posts. That does not mean we do not care about getting users up to speed, it is strictly a time management thing.
Hopefully, this provides some context for how we may interact with you. We really mean no disrespect, we really do want to get your system problems resolved quickly, but each of us has our own way of trying to expedite the process to a resolution. Sometimes that may seem a bit terse, blunt, or rude, depending on your sensibilities, and experience with online support. (We usually do not mean it that way... but hey we have feelings, too.
