Website URL changed

Our websites URL changed suddenly and without cause. How can I change it back? Our club name was in the URL. Also, if I can not change it back how do I change our Toastmasters International search page. You try to go to our website and it takes you to a blank page. I tried calling National and they sent me to this place.

You started with several accusations about our site, you may want to check your own posts first before saying anything.

1) your site can always be reached using your club number

2) you can also access your site by using the alias your site admin set in the admin console.
Club Alias: toledoclub
toledoclub.toastmastersclubs.org/

3) it seems your site admin has set your club name to
FTH Club Name: ToledoClubToastmasters

You may want to have your site admin read the documentation so that they understand all the posibilities the FTH site has to offer.

Several links on our site are broken.
>Home link on the main page of the website
>Meet our members' page is not displaying correctly
>The link Toastmaster International site to our Club site is broken. I called them and they said you have to fix it.
>And the ToledoClubToastmaster.org URL, which we had until yesterday, is broken and does not go to our site anymore. It randomly did that.

Those are just what I have found today. I will add to this post as if I find any other issues.

Also, having read your documentation I could not figure out why after trying to only change a picture on our main page our site URL changed. I have been playing with it ever since.

Your site admin is responsible for maintaining the custom domain name that is used for your club

Someone at your club has to pay a domain registrar for the domain every year, it is not FTH responsibility. I know the owner of the domain was sent a warning email by the registrar 90, 60, 30, 15 days before it expired.

All of the menu items on your website work correctly when you access the site using either or the url we make available.
