WHY MULTIPLE EMAILS SENT TO ADMIN EMAIL FROM MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT

I am a new VPPR and NO members in my club knew how to access our Club site so I got help from another Club VPPR and was able to set myself up as Administrator, updated web page info, added all current members and am now awaiting approvals from them.
WHY is every SENT EMAIL from "Membership Management" arriving in my ADMIN Gmail 4 times as well as being sent to my personal Gmail? I have checked ALL settings in Gmail for both email addresses and do not see an issue.
Any ideas?

The admin is the default for everything.
Please read my admin login message I posted yesterday about how we relate to website admins.
You are the website "supervisor" for your club and our liaison. You can choose to get all communications or very few. By default, you get all of them unless you configure your website differently. If you do not want that, then you need to train your officers to take over some of the responsibilities for the website stuff that is related to their roles and you need to configure the website to direct communications to them. This is what we refer to as "delegation", setting "Access Settings", and setting "Membership Settings".
Please refer to our online docs for more details. As your club's website admin, we expect you to get familiar with our online docs.

I did configure the site for different officers but will re-check my settings.
Also, I understand that Delegation to Officers needs to happen very soon.

It looks like you have automated the sending of welcome emails when someone opts into the website. Unfortunately, we do not currently have a way to redirect the copies of those emails to someone else when they are automated. (The website admin is the recipient of the copies.) If those are sent manually, the person logged in gets the copies.
If that is a problem for you, my suggestion would be to get a free email address that you use for your Toastmaster/website admin stuff.

I just checked that box within the last hour so just unchecked it AND earlier adjusted Settings in Membership Management so that VPPR doesn't get emails since I'm the ADMIN/Supervisor of our Club website. Hopefully this cures the mass emails I get
