Change contact for Website Admin Email Distribution List

With the change to a new group of officers, I need to update the Admin Email distribution list. admin-3117@toastmastersclubs.org to have the email address of the new VP of PR, Seth Emerson. How can this task be accomplished? Thank you.

You change it in the admin console under the Administrator Tab.
