"Remove format" option in Role/Agenda item description

Hi,

I had been experimenting with adding times in the role/agenda item description area and aligning them to the right hand margin and in the process clicked the "remove format" to see how that would affect the appearance on the printed agenda.

The effect was that I now have a large blank area where the description would normally be (see the attachment - refer Speech #1), but also the right hand margin for every item on the agenda has moved to the right (which is actually a good thing as it gives more room for the agenda item).

I have looked at the freetoasthost documentation and also searched the forums but I haven't been able to find anything to show how I can re-format the area to remove the large space. I don't want to waste anyone's time as I can delete that particular item and re-enter it but if someone could point me in the right direction about learning to reformat the role/agenda item description, I'd really appreciate it. I've looked at the CKEditor users guide but not sure if that's where I should be looking? Thanks so much for your time, I very much appreciate it.
PS I'm not sure if the attachment has come through? I dropped the file in the attachment area but received the message "Failed to create attachment directory". Sorry for the trouble.

1) The 2 agenda formats we provide cannot be modified and saved.

2) if you want to reformat the agendas into another format print the agenda in 1 or the 2 formats, then copy and paste the html print page into MS word and reformat to your hearts content.

I looked at Speech #1 and found that it looked like you put a lot of white space in the content that was causing the agenda table column to be much wider than intended. This cased the table to be very wide and the right side buttons to be scrolled out of view.

I ditched your content for the Speech #1 description and copied what you had from one of your other speeched and set the align-right paragraph format--looks ok now. BTW, the remove format button does not really work on paragraph alignment.... I do not think that is very clear.
