Nwe VPM, no access to membership managementment

I am the new VPM of club 5215283. The site admin has set me to have access to the membership management. When I login as me I have no access to membership management.

I am not sure what to do or how to fix this. The site admin is just as confused as I am. Everything looks like it is set correctly. Please see attached photos. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

1) I logged in as you and I can see the 2 new links in the left menu
Membership Management
Email & Contact Forms

2) Your site admin has changed the colour of the default text and menu, so they are showing as black on a black background.
