Club Officer Emails

Our club has two appointed positions on the club executive but they are not included when using the group e-mail address for club officers. Is there a way to include them or does a custom group have to be created?

Select "Other Officer" from the bottom of the list in the officer role area of Membership Management

The two members have been checked off as "Other Club Officer" in the membership roster but are not included when we use the officers@chinooktoastmasters.org group e-mail list.

I can see that the last email to officers sent by Rick about 4 days ago went to 10 members

We need at least first names when you are talking about specific members. Without that we cannot look at the real problem.

Everything is working now after confirming that our appointed club officers are receiving e-mail addressed to the officer group e-mail list.
