Missing Email Template Names

Any idea what is going on in this screenshot? The email templates are populating in the dropdown, but the names are not visible. Thus I cannot find which one I want. I've tried multiple times and even rebooted my computer. I'm using Chrome, but also tested in Edge.

While you are thinking about email templates, any way you could add a sort to this dropdown so that templates are alphabetical?
