Site Cannot be reached

What are we to do when site cannot be reached? My cache is not problem and I have no problem reaching any other sites. Also what does "Failed to create attachment directory" mean. Support from FTH is a huge issue as not everyone is a techie.

It is a problem when users do not post their club number here as we require or give us enough specifics to help figure out what is going on.

If you are only here to complain about a problem that you have not given us enough information to help you resolve, we will simply lock the thread and move on to the next person.

I appreciate the response, however rude it was. Yes I was in a hurry and did not provide club number. However, I don't see that my questions and comments constituted ranting and complaining. I was simply advising what I had done on my side to troubleshoot the problem and trying to determine if there were an overall problem with the sites. In the meantime, I found the problem and yes you may lock the thread. One last suggestion, you may want to consider a conflict resolution class if you can't respond to users in a more polite manner.

You have not supplied your club number, without it we can do nothing for you.
