Can I set access permit to file folders?

Hi, I am trying to find whether we can use the FreeToastHost web page for a documents storage for club officers.
I am looking for a document software to share club documents with club officers and it would be great if I can do it in our current web page.
My question is that, can I set access to each folder? Thanks in advance.

FTH is not a document repository, we do provide a limited amount of file storage for club use. You have the choice of public or Members.

If you want an online officer file storage you should look at the many 3rd party choices available (dropbox, google drive ....). Remember anything with members names, addresses, needs to be properly secured as per the Toastmasters International directives.
Thank you,
