Including guest in meeting agenda, and question about agenda templates

Our Area Director is attending a club meeting and taking on a role. Is there a way to add his name to our agenda, even though he is not a member of our club?

Also, in a response to a previous question I posted, someone mentioned that there are agenda templates available. Where do I access them? The only template I can see in the "Meeting agenda settings" page is the one I created.

Add a member called GUEST and no email address

You will the have a member called guest you can add to the role anytime a non member is taking a role.

I am also trying to find the pre-designed agenda templates. The 'meeting agenda setings' box mentions that these are available, but I can't find them in my console or in the documentation.

"pre-designed templates" ... Unfortunately, those got deleted with a housekeeping data delete a few months ago, and we have not gotten around to re-creating them. We could use some help to get them re-created.
