one officer not able to email the officers list

Hi, I'm hoping someone can take a look at an issue we're experiencing where our treasurer cannot successfully get a email through the officers distribution list. She's been an officer for several years and hasn't had any issues until this past week or so. She has a me.com address (apple alias) and we're not sure what has changed.

Here is the header of a recent test email that she sent (I had her cc me directly). Any insight you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

What exactly does this mean? Does your treasurer get a bounce or an error message back that indicates an email was not sent? What is the text of that error message? (BTW, thanks for the headers.)

She doesn't receive any errors, which made me look again (for the 100th time) at the header I posted, and I think I see the issue now. She has the officers email address as the name (in quotes), but her own email address in brackets:

So she's actually just been emailing herself and not he officers at all. It must have somehow got added to her contacts or auto-fill settings like that. I'll have her test again, but I suspect this has been the issue right along. I'll post back here after confirming.
