Loading Agenda Email Template Clears Subject Line Contents

When selecting to email agenda to Club members adding a template clears the subject line.

Review the following re: updated templates feature, particularly the part about email templates now saving and restoring email subjects.

If you had an old template prior to the new saving of subjects, it would have a blank subject which would wipe out any subject when you restored it.

(Update) I tweaked the email templates code so that blank subject in the template do not overwrite a subject in the actual email dialog being used.
