I am from Webster Groves Club 461. I typically use either the chrome browser or the native browser on my Android phone. I have read forum entries #58622, #63458, & #76335 as well as several other threads on the "club email addresses" topic.
In JANUARY, I fixed the DNS settings on Godaddy to the correct settings per the FTH3 documentation.
TODAY, I changed our FTH3 domain in BASIC SETTINGS from
www.speakwg.org
to speakwg.org after reading an answer to one of the forum questions.
SITUATION:
I CAN use officers-461@toastmastersclubs.org or members-461@toastmastersclubs.org from my personal email account
The "club email addresses" area of our FTH3 website shows Officers@speakwg.org, members@speakwg.org, etc. but they do not work when the active links selected from the "Member Login" view of Club Email Addresses is clicked.
Clicking on the envelope by a member's name on the agenda DOES work (probably because they are not generated by FTH3.)
The SEND AGENDA email icon DOES send to all members (our default setting) through the website.
THE QUESTION:
I need one of 2 things to happen:
Be able to change the club email addresses for members, officers, etc on our website to officers-461@toastmastersclubs.or
OR
make officers@speakwg.org etc. work
Does the godaddy domain have to have all these email addresses set up?
