How do I get all members on the drop down menu?

I am just starting to use our FTH website - 1137.toastmastersclubs.org - and noticed that when creating agendas, not all the current members are in the drop down menu. They are listed on the club roster at Toastmasters.org. How do I get all my members' names to appear?

The admin needs to enter all of the members on the website. FTH and the Toastmasters International website are not related to one another
