Website access.

I am the Area Director for Crown Elite Toastmasters Club in Kinstion NC. They are haveing difficulties accessing the admin of their site. Below is what has been sent to me.

I'm having major issues getting to the administrator console. I feel like I can design the website if I could just get it. I will paste the administrator key here if you can look at it.

When I click the login key I do not see the launch admin console option. Admin login says to put in the club number and admin password. I am the website admin and the only way to reset the admin password is by using that key below and going to admin info to change it and I can't get there.

If it is possible to reset their admin please do so or advise us on how or what we may be doing incorrectly.

It would help a lot if you can post the club number in all posts. That way we know what club you are talking about, in case we need to get in there.

The admin console is on the left hand side of the website, just below member login

I have attempted numerous times over the past few weeks to login as the Admin on our club website. The forgot password says to lick on "launch admin console" which after looking at other topics says is between the member and the admin logins, but it is not there for me. Cleared cookies, no help.

You have to login as the admin for the middle button to show. I hope you did not lick the keyboard... LOL but clicked the link....

I uploaded the wrong screenshot. I have tried to log into the as site admin multiple times. Forgot password sends me this link:
