New Member Cannot Opt In

We have a new member who has tried numerous times to opt in, but is still being blocked. I asked her to clear her browsing history and cookies. Are there any other things she can do which might help her access the site?

The member said she never received the opt in message, but I sent and re-sent the opt in message 3 times. She said she has attempted to login several times to no avail. I sent her a copy of the opt in message with instructions on how to opt in the first time to the website, so she has that.

I received a copy of the opt in emails sent to the other members added to the site, but not Sivan Walker. I asked her to check her spam email folder. I'll talk to her face to face if she comes to the meeting tomorrow and see if I can get more information.
