Calendar not posting correctly

I am the web admin for my club and tried to post the upcoming Area contest which is held on a Sat. When selecting that date, the information saved to FRI. I have checked to make sure it is not operator error and regardless of selecting Sat, it still posts to Fri. I've noticed some additional errors of my member's calendar posts as well. i.e. monthly Exec Committee mtg posting on various dates each month instead of on the same 3rd Tues of the month. Is there something I can do to fix this? or is it a system admin problem that Free Toast Host needs to fix? Thanks in advance for the assist.

Your club has not yet set its club time zone in the Admin Console (Basic Settings tab). That will mess things up w/ dates and times. The server does a variety of date and time math that depends on your selected time zone.
