Meeting Agenda - Meeting Minutes to Attach Issue

Hello,

Rim Talkers (3189442) Secretary/Treasurer unable to attach Meeting Minutes to Meeting Agenda. Officer has all necessary permissions.

Attached screenshot that shows officer doesn't have permission. Am I missing a step?

I respectfully disagree with your assessment. If the officer has already uploaded the meeting minutes via the file manager, they just need to click the Link button to associate them with the displayed agenda. Otherwise, they can just click the upload button to upload and link in one step.

What are you expecting the screen to look like vs what it does?

Officer unable to use the "Upload File" button. It is grayed out. A few months ago was using this button successfully.

Ok, thanks... Let me investigate.

When I log in as your Secretary Karen, I do not have any issues using the upload button. It works fine for me.

However, perhaps there is browser related issue? What browser is she using? Also, which meeting dates is this issue showing up for?

I will ask about the browser. Specific meeting date - August 28.
