Are you seeing the same issue when you access the agenda as the admin?

I am still not seeing an issue for that meeting date. Upload button seems to work for me.

Another possibility is something is crapping out in JavaScript on Karen's computer. (However, that might be a pain to sort out.)

Upload button works for me as Administrator. Asked her for browser info. Will ask if she has any Java Script issues now or in the past. Thanks.

That is kind of technical... don't know if she would know that. You and I would probably have to help her check that. (I can walk you through it.)

Ask your secretary to click the "(Click here to reload website from server.)" link a the very bottom of her screen to make sure she is getting the most recent JavaScript code from the server. See if that makes a difference for her.
