Member doesn't receive password reset

Hello,

We're having the same issue with club #4396476. I'm the admin for the FTH site Our new members get the 'opt in' email, then I get the emails that our new members have requested a new password. However, they are not receiving the reset password email. I've actually done this myself. I do get the admin email confirming that I requested a new password, but then I too do not get the password reset email.

Would you be able to check if our FTH site is working properly? Thanks!

1) without at least a first name I cannot look into the issue

2) as most of you are using a company email i would guess your companies spam filters are stopping the emails. You will need to talk to your IT department

Hi Brian,

Thanks for responding back! My name is El Cid Balitaan. My email is elcidb@aaisonline.com. I thought it was my company spam folder too but when I checked, nothing was there. Also, they are still receiving the 'opt in' emails as well as any email I send via the FTH website, so my company is definitely not blocking the sender domain. The only email they are not receiving is the 'password reset' email. Any other thought?

Who is "they" please be specific.

I just send your a password reset and your email service accpeted the email, Please give this log extra to you IT department to find the missing email

"They' refers to all the current members of our TM club. I did not receive the password email that you just sent, but I did receive the 'admin' email saying the password email was sent to me. Weird. I'll show the log to my IT group. Thanks!
