Our agenda has changed format. How can we set it back to the way it was?

Our agenda used to allow members to sign up for a role. For some reason, it is not displaying the areas that allow members to sign up, it just has an area for meeting notes (see attached photo) How can we set the agendas to allow members to sign up?

Your VPE needs to add new agendas. Those are not added automatically. Your VPE will have a + button shown to allow him/her to create new agendas.
