Converting a guest to a member is failing.

In club 4350, one of our guests had just joined. This guest is in the guest list. I check the box next to his name and choose convert to member from the tool list. Nothing seems to happen.
This guest is crossed out in the guest list. Does that prevent the move?

the "guest" never opted-in so you cannot do anything to "guest".
You can delete them and re-add as a member and make sure to tell them to click accept in the opt-in email.
