The password reset function is supposed to send an email to the user... It is not working at present.

Thanks for your response. Sorry for not providing complete info - i supposed that if it was a system-wide issue, it didn't matter which account was involved - that was a bad supposition.
The account is mine, club #1115312, username dan-tm ... I saw not way to submit a support request without creating a new account. This account can be closed, hopefully after access is restored to the other.

I'm talking about logging into the support forum. access to the club site is fine. when filling in the form to reset password on the support forum login, i get a notice that an email is being sent to my email address... but such an email is not received.

Your spam email service is blocking email from the support forum

Try adding admin@toastmastersclubs.org to your whitelist
