Issues with login / site updates

Hi there,

I am a part of Toastmaster's group 6877264, we have recently set up a ToastHost site and are excited! However, as the site administrator, I have been unable to login and make updates to the site. The following issues have occurred for me:

• Every time I attempt to log in, I have to reset the password even though I remember the password used
• When I receive the password reset email, the password will not reset without an error
• I am logged out of the site before I can make any updates
• I did not receive a reset email this morning when attempting to fix this again

1) Did you read the documentation, especially the part on cookie settings?

2) what ERROR?, please be specific

3) again cookie settings

4) Check your spam box, you are using a work email, and your work email server accepted, you may have to ask your it to all the toastmastersclubs.org server.
