I got an error when attempting to save a message template

I edited a dues reminder notice and attempted to save it as a template, but the whole window went black...sort of - diagonal black lines on a dark background. I then tried to reload the screen with the back button, but got Data Transfer Error (see attached)

Try clicking on reload at the bottom of the website.
