New member does not have Edit icons

Hello Deshri Deshmukh is a recent member but her page does not allow her to edit the meeting agenda. Please look into this.

1) there is no member with the name Deshri Deshmukh
2) Only the site admin and VPED and those roles setup to edit have the pencil icon.

She is in the system as Shri Desmukh

we all should be able to add our name in the agenda and access the pencil icon, yes?
She doesn't have the pencil icon in her list of icons

Having edit access depends on the persons position and what roles they have been assign and whether or not that role have update access.

What dated agenda are you referring to and what role does she have then look if that role has update access to the agenda.

Shri will send me a screen print of the page. In the meantime here is what I see on mine. Any member should be able to edit the agenda and add their name to any role so I do not understand your response above.

No only members assigned roles with edit permission can edit the agenda.

Members can add themselves to to roles that have been set up to allow sign up.

Since you have not provided a date for the agenda and what roles the member is trying to sign up for i can not give you specifics.
