A member of our club is attempting to reset their password to the club website. He is receiving the email with the link, but when he clicks on the link he gets the following error message.

“There was an error with your login – the Session ID attached to your email (large number) was not valid. Please check to make sure the full link from the most recent email was sent when clicked”

I'm wondering if it is something to do with his email address. He is using protonmail.com which I have never heard of.

Have the person copy the link text from the email, seems some email clients are modifying the underlying links.
