New Member Opted in but still can't be added to our membership

Hi there - I added a new member over three weeks ago and he opted in and sent me screenshots. I still can't add him to the schedule. Any reason why?

This message popped up when I went to check:
The following 1 people have NOT YET ACCEPTED
their addition (not yet "opted-in") and will be
DELETED SOON:
Aditya Kiran Putcha (Member), deleted after 3 days

Try sending the opt-in email to him again (use Membership Tools at the top of the members tab). Let him know to look out for it once you've sent it - it might go to his junk mail)
Maybe he opted in to TI initially. The club website is different to the TI website, separate access s required.

Please remember the new member receives 2 opt-in emails. One from Toastmasters International to add them to Toastmasters.org when you submit their membership and one from Toastmastersclubs.org when you add them to your club website.
