our domain name email - blocked by FTH

We have our own domain name email - I got an error email from FTH saying we cannot use this email address.
Please explain. I cannot find the email setup instructions in this site.

Please provide the exact error you received.

FTH provides email forwarders not POP/IMAP accounts.

All email addresses are defined by the FTH system you can see them in the members menu under "Club E-mail Addresses"

toastmasters (toastmasters@goldenword.net) is not recognized as a valid FreeToastHost distribution list, officer alias, or group name. You cannot send email to toastmasters@goldenword.net. For more information on using FreeToastHost email addresses, visit support.toastmastersclubs.org .

We are not using the FTH club address - only our own domain email, which on the MyDomain.com servers.

When you use our servers and your own domain we still define the email addresses you can use. (toastmasters@goldenword.net) is not one of the valid addresses.

log in as member
click on the members menu under "Club E-mail Addresses"

A pop up will show you the available email addresses.
