I love the new venue feature! Now I just have the following defined for the Meeting Information/Directions.
Join us {{nextmtgdate}} at {{nextmtgtime}}.
{{nextmtgvenuephoto}}
{{nextmtgvenuemap}}

I am wondering if there is a way to scale the picture, but otherwise, love it!

Yes, absolutely. I explain how to control the size of the map iframe and photo here:
support.toastmastersclubs.org/2011-10-23...venues?start=0#76646

Basically, the width of the iframe and photo are 100% of the "container", which can be a div paragraph block. If you make that div or paragraph block have a smaller width (e.g. 50%), that will force the iframe and photo inside to be smaller.
