Drop Down Names doesn't appear

On some members, if I begin typing their name it works but it is not working when I type in mine or some of the other members. I wonder what is wrong. Could it be something in my computer autofill?

What is your name it has to 4 characters, for Pam you need to add the space.

I had to turn autofill off and now it works.
Having you verify that it worked allowed me to figure it out so thank you so very much.
I only thought of this because something similar happened when trying to sign on at my bank.
